We deal in all kinds of colored gemstones of which Ruby, Emerald and Sapphire are the most sought after. There are also relatively new gems such as Tanzanite that are very rare and can only be found in one location in the entire world. Other precious stones on offer include Amethyst, Citrine, Peridot, Opal, Jade, Topaz, Garnet and Aquamarine.

A great number of high-value jewelry sold in Taiwan contains created gemstones. The composition of these stones are almost identical to natural stones, but are created in a lab rather than a natural process that takes millions of years. A natural gem may have inclusions (cracks) and vary in color in a single stone. Having inclusions does not mean the stone is going to break, it is a common occurrence in many gem species and is a good way of distinguishing between a genuine and fake stone. You will find that some of our gems have these inclusions.

天然的寶石可能會有內含物(像是一些裂痕)，並且在單一的寶石內會呈現多樣性的色澤。許多的寶石都有內含物，這是正常的現象並不代表寶石就會因此破裂，相反的，擁有內含物反而是辨識寶石是天然的或是假的人造的一個非常好的方式。您會發現有些我們的寶石就有這樣的內含物。

Crystals used in jewelry are actually just a fancy word they use in the industry for a special kind of glass. Don’t be fooled by the name. Other popular created stones in jewelry are Cubic Zirconia and Moissanite.

For the most comfortable fit, it’s best to know your ring size. All rings are standard American size.

• It’s best to measure your finger at the end of the day.
• It’s best to measure when your fingers are warm, not cold.
• If your knuckle is a lot larger than the base of your finger, measure the base of your finger and your knuckle and select a size in between.
•Your ring size will be about half a size larger on your dominant hand (the hand you write with).

*測量指圍最好的時間是一天要結束的時候。
*測量時手指的溫度最好是溫熱的，而非冰冷的。

Use a non-stretchy piece of string, or cut a strip of paper about 100mm long and 10mm wide. Wrap it around the base of your finger. Using a pen, mark the place where the string or paper overlap, making a complete circle. Compare the length of the marked string or paper with the measurements below to determine your ring size. If you are between sizes, select the larger size.

Amber。琥珀

Amber is the fossilized, hardened resin of the pine tree, formed about 50 million years ago. The color is mostly yellow and brown. Inclusions of insects and plant particles can sometimes be found. Amber is sensitive to acids, alcohol and gasoline. The largest deposits are found in Russia. Amber is a symbol of good luck.

琥珀是五千萬年前由松樹樹脂石化硬化而成的一種寶石，大部分呈現黃色及褐色，有時在琥珀裡可以看到昆蟲以及植物粒子的內涵物，最大的礦床則是在俄羅斯。琥珀對於酸、酒精以及汽油非常的敏感。琥珀是幸運的象徵。

Opal。蛋白石

Opal is unlike most other gemstones. It is a naturally hardened silica gel, containing 5-10% water. Opal varies from very colorful to almost white, black precious Opal being the most expensive. Australia has been the main producer of Opal for more than a century. It is the birthstone of October and a symbol of hope and purity. They can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth.

與大部份的寶石不同，蛋白石是一種天然硬化的矽膠凝體，內含百分之五到十的水份。蛋白石從其多樣性的色澤到幾乎淨白的都有，而黑色的蛋白寶石則是最昂貴的。近百年來，澳洲一直是蛋白石的主要來源地。蛋白石是十月份出生的人的生日石，同時它也象徵著希望與純潔。蛋白石可以用微濕的軟布來清潔保養。

Iolite。菫青石

Iolite has a violet color similar to blue sapphires. It is also called the Vikings’ compass because of its ability to determine the direction of the sun on an overcast day. The major sources of this amazing stone come from Sri Lanka, India, Madagascar and Burma. They can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft brush.

菫青石有著與藍寶石相似的紫羅蘭色。因為菫青石可以在烏雲密佈的陰天用以辨別太陽的方位，因此也被稱為維京人(北歐海盜)的羅盤，這神奇的寶石主要產於斯里蘭卡、印度、馬達加斯加以及緬甸。菫青石可以用溫的肥皂水還有軟毛刷來清潔保養。

Amethyst is the traditional birthstone of February and is also the most valuable gemstone in the quartz group. Good quality gems can range from dark, reddish purple to pale lilac. They also occur in pale mint green. Amethysts are mined all over the world and the best specimens can be found in Brazil and Australia. They can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft brush. Amethyst is a symbol of wisdom, confidence and strength.

紫水晶，是屬於二月份出生的人的生日石，也是在石英種類裡最有價值的寶石。質地良好的紫水晶，色澤從深紫、帶淡紅的紫到淡紫丁香色，甚至淡薄菏綠的都有。世界各地都有紫水晶的礦源，而質地最好的紫水晶則是產於巴西跟澳洲。紫水晶可以簡單的用溫的肥皂水跟軟毛刷來保養。紫水晶亦是智慧、自信與堅定的象徵。

Only discovered in the 1960’s, it is one of the rarest stones on the market today. Only found in one location on earth (Tanzania), it is a must for anyone looking for something special. Colors range from light to dark bluish-purple. They can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft brush. Tanzanite is the modern birthstone of December and has a magnificent color that is greatly sought after.

丹泉石在西元1960年才被發現，由於全世界只有一個地方-坦尚尼亞有其礦源，因此是現今市面上最稀有的寶石之一，所以如果您是喜歡追求特別的人，丹泉石絕對是您不可少的寶石。丹泉石的顏色從淡的到深的藍紫色都有，可以用溫的肥皂水跟軟毛刷來保養。丹泉石也是十二月份出生的人的生日石(現代分類)，而且有著令人們渴望的極美色彩。

Topaz comes in a wonderful variety of colors, blue being the most popular. Blue Topaz is the modern birthstone for December. They can be found all over the world including China, Brazil, Zimbabwe and Russia. They can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft brush. This gem has a wonderful shine and is the symbol of warmth and charity.

Sapphires are the same gemstones as rubies but only called differently because they are not red. This includes a wide variety of colors (excluding red), the most popular being blue. The best Sapphires are found in Sri Lanka, Burma and a few other locations around the world. It is the traditional birthstone of September. It is a hard gem that is very durable and can be cleaned with special chemicals as well as warm water and soap. Sapphire is a symbol of faith and goodness.

藍寶石(Sapphire)其實跟紅寶石是一樣的寶石，有不一樣的命名只因為它們不是紅色的。藍寶石有很廣的色澤(包括紅色)，不過最受歡迎的就非藍色莫屬了。質地最好的藍寶石出產於斯里蘭卡、緬甸以及世界上少數幾個地方。藍寶石是九月份出生的人的生日石，如同紅寶石，藍寶石是比較硬比較耐用的寶石，可以用特殊的化學藥劑也可以用溫的肥皂水跟軟毛刷保養。藍寶石則是象徵信仰與善良。

Rubies come in a variety of shades of red from light to dark. It is the traditional birthstone of July and has been prized by kings and the wealthy for centuries. The best Rubies are found in Burma known for their blood red color. A few other countries like India and Thailand are also known for its Rubies. It is a hard gem that is very durable and can be cleaned with special chemicals as well as warm water and soap. They are symbols of happiness and good fortune.

Peridot has a lime or olive green color and is one of the few gemstones which has only one color. It is the traditional birthstone of August and can be found in Pakistan, Afghanistan and a few other locations around the world. They can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft brush. It has long been admired for its glow and is the symbol of warmth and charity.

It is the traditional birthstone of January and a large group of species are found all over the world. It has been known for thousands of years and was widely used in ancient Egypt. Emerald is one of the most prized of all gemstones. It is the traditional birthstone of May and ranges in color from yellow-green to grass-green to deep shades of green. It is a fragile gemstone that should be treated with care. The best quality Emeralds are found in Colombia but are also found in other parts of South America, Africa and Asia. Emeralds have become very popular in recent years due to global green (nature) awareness. It symbolizes growth and prosperity.

Citrine is a rare form of quartz named for its lemon-yellow to orange color. It is the traditional birthstone of November and ranges in color from orange to brown. Most Citrine is found in Brazil, Madagascar, Russia and France. They can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft brush. Citrine is a popular gemstone that goes well with many skin types. It symbolizes truth and integrity.

The name Aquamarine means water of the sea and is the traditional birthstone of March. It belongs to the same family of gems as Emerald. They are found in various shades of blue and blue-green. Aquamarines are mined in Colombia, Russia, South Africa and India among others. They can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft brush. In ancient times it was thought to preserve youth and health. It is also the symbol of peace and tranquility.
